DAF system (dissolved air flotation system)is a clarification process for the separation of solids, grease and oils.

Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a clarification process for the separation of solids, grease and oils. Dissolved Air Flotation works by producing a stream of micro-fine air bubbles that attach to solids and float them to the surface where they can be removed by a surface scraping mechanism.

 Fiber recycling of paper making industry can be up to 95%~98%.COD removal 80~95%.All     treatment water can be recycled and used again.Wastewater treatment in textile, dyes and pigments industry, turbidity removal, decolorization up to 70~90%, COD removal 60%~85%Electroplating industry, the mixed wastewater contains various metal ion, after handling, Cr+6, Cu+3, Ni_1, Zn+2 removal rate above 90%, up to the effluent standard.Leather making wastewater, suspension removal 90%, COD removal 70%Chemical industry( paint, dyestuff) COD removal rate 70%, rubber wastewater COD removal 80%.Fiber glass wastewater, oil refinery wastewater, (included in mineral and plants, after treatment, it can decrease below 10mg/L for low temperature, low turbidity wastewater purification,outflow can reduce minus 5 degree.
